Installation Instructions:
To get toddler visitors onto this lot, you will need the "Allow Puppy kitten and toddler riders hack" by Dick Hurt Modthesims2
You will need to register an account with them (All free)before being able to download.
Toddler visitors will only be present on the lot if you are playing a family with toddlers in it,A sim will need to use a home phone and call a taxi, or if they have their own car, drive to community lot.
I am not sure whether or not toddlers can sleep on the lot, I think they can be put in the crib, but don't think they sleep.
Certainly with the adults and children, they will only relax.
Will update instructions if I can find a hack that will allow you to sleep on a community lot.
You may also need to get one of your own sim families to purchase the lot before it can be used properly.
You may need to play around a bit.
I personally am using the lot, and it seems to be very popular with the locals.
