A taste of Tuscany for your sim this villa will make a great home with all the ammenities.  Entering thru the front gate you pass a fountain and large patio before climbing a few steps to the front door.  Entering the foyer you'll notice the brickwork and wooden arches leading to the stairway, the living room and the dining room.  The dining room features seating for 10 and a fireplace.  Located off to one side is a door leading to a stairway down to a wine cellar (not furnished as I didn't use custom content).  On the other side of the dining room is a large kitchen and a stairway to a lower level area that would make a great hobby room.  From the foyer to the right you enter the dramatic two-level living room with sunken seating area (picture in preview above).  Off to the left is a doorway to the TV room which features an aquarium and bar.  Walking across the hallway along the living room you'll come to another archway which leads off to the left into a large study.  The study features a desk with computer and a secret bookcase leading to a stairway upstairs.  Heading back out the door you enter a secluded entry foyer before arriving at the master bedroom.  The master bedroom features a fireplace, sitting area, luxury bath and sauna.  Upstairs can be accessed either by the stairway off the front foyer or an elevator next to the study.  The second floor features a large recreation room with pool table and musical instruments.  Walking across the bridge over the living room the other side features two guest bedrooms.  Heading down the elevator you'll arrive in the basement which features a fully outfitted exercise room and a bowling alley!  Recreation galore for your sim.  Outside in back is a large pool with water fountain features and a hot tub.  I used no custom content on this lot (I hope I didn't accidently - If I did let me know).  The lot is a large 5x5 residential lot and is fully furnished and decorated.  I hope you enjoy this Tuscan Villa.  ErikMesa.
