Multiple architectural columns surrounding the massive dance floor in the main hall have internal speakers for the 7.1 sound system. Features a raised platform for a DJ across from a raised observation deck above the dance floor to give a real disco feel. Lots of glass in the main hall for bright daylight family parties. Warm UV accented lighting for cozy night parties. Rooftop has two Park object grills and two Park chess sets which qualifies this community lot as a Small Park, which rents for parties for $200. Can be used any time of the day without renting, however, and finding a couple of sims and their cars or bicycles already there is common. Also included are 15 bicycle stands, two hi-fi stereos, two computers, two juice bars, two fridges, and separate male and female multiple stall restrooms. The statues and rugs help secure awesome outcome parties. See the screen shots for an actual $200 party, where the visitors cars are parked underground automatically. Built at 9 Sun Song Ave., Sunset Valley. Choose any 20x30 Lot and set it as a Community Lot, Small Park, in Edit Town mode, to place this Lot.

You're welcome!  Yes I needed a party specific local to throw parties at myself and really didn't see what I wanted.  So I decided to create one that covered all the bases and which had the ability to have a rave feel to it at night time.  I wanted it to be like a real building in a city so I spent a fair bit of time getting the quite large underground parking lot right because there are so many really nice cars available.  Just by inviting Sims you get to see what kind of cars the game gave them, and to oogle over the cars of the Sims you planted in other houses to be friends with your main Sims.  Then add roof top BBQ food and main floor juice bar and big dance floor and surround sound system and some lights.  Actually, the lighting makes a big difference IMO.  $\:D$
