Brampton Park is large, roomy and comes with most everything a family could want. A 3storey structure it contains 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The 2 double bedrroms each have an en suite bath and the twin bedrooms share 1 between them.
In addition to these, Brampton Park also has room for - livingroom, kitchen, dining, general office/study, design studio/library, science laboratory, a games room with bar, full service barbeque area,with undercover seating around a fountain, and also an undercover pool also with some seating. There is no garage or vehicle parking on the lot [I simply forgot].
The layout of the house is simple - main lviing and high traffic areas on the ground floor, bedrooms on the mid level and the more cerebral pursuits on the top floor.
There are a number of balconies with loungers to encourage a few minutes relaxation, contemplating the water views. The grounds are low maintenance and have a park-like ambience . . including 2 outdoor seating areas under the eucalypt trees.
Brampton Park is sited on 500 Sunnyside Blvd. SV [the Wolff place], but requires only a flat 40x40 lot if you wish to put it somewhere else.

Brampton Park is a marcorse original work. It is base-game compatible, but for this to occur, you must have a fully up-to-date game. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Brampton Park. It is a large file and the 40x40 lot is fully utilised, so loading time will be a bit longer on slower machines.
