Flamingo Pools is a family home with space enough to cater for the largest family. There are 6 bedrooms; 2 doubles, 2 singles and 2 double-bunk rooms. There are 5 bathrooms - enough to ensure that there will not be a queue when you really don't want to wait!
The ground floor living area incorporates lounge, sitting room, music and reading corners, kitchen and dining. It is open plan, but with enough separation to still be spacious.
The adult bedrooms on the second floor share a common bathroom, as well as access to a wrap-around sun terrace.

Two of the single bedrooms on the top floor have ensuite baths; three bedrooms have study areas. A model train is set up in a central alcove. This level also has a long sun terrace equipped with sun chairs and a chess table.
There is a jam studio over the double garage - well away from the main house, and perfect for practice or performance.
The children's playground has a sand base for safety and includes sandpit, swing and see-saw and a super treehouse with slippery slide.
An area between the playground and the generously sized swimming pool is set aside for informal, outdoor entertaining with barbeque, table seating and a set of deck chairs positioned around a brazier for those cooler times, when the temperature needs just a little boost to make it comfortable to sit outside.
Lastly, but by no means least, there is the garden pool with it's plants and fountains - and flamingos - to encourage private contemplation or quiet conversation.
Flamingo Pools was built on the 40x30 lot at 180 Redwood Parkway, Sunset Valley.

Flamingo Pools is a marcorse original work. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Seasons] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Flamingo Pools.
