Comfortable 4-storey family home, furnished just enough to be lived in. Hopefully meets a friend's request for a partly unfurnished lot.
The Furnished areas are fully decorated and could be lived in immediately - they contain:
Ground floor: Entry, livingroom, kitchen/dining, bathroom, study/design office, lap pool with change room/bathroom. There is also a garage with workshop space.
Second level: 1 double bedroom and ensuite bath.
The remainder of the second level is unfurnished . .as are Level s 3 and 4 .Unfurnished spaces have not been allocated specific use, in accordance with the original request. Between floors access is by tube elevator.
The grounds have paths and landscaped gardens.

Just Enough is a marcorse original work. It is base-game compatible, but for this to occur, you must have a fully up-to-date game. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Just Enough.
Special Note: I would consider completely furnishing this Lot, if there is sufficient interest.
