Quigley is a 2storey, sandstone residence with a tiled roof. There are 3 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths and between floor acess is via a conventional lift.
Downstairs: Entry, living room with fireplace, TV and bar; Game/reading room with pool table and a second TV and bar.
Kitchen with twin refrigerators; dining room with seating for 8. The half-bath has a separate toilet and may also be entered from the foyer. Floors on this level are of polished timber in high traffic areas . and tiles in wet areas.
Upstairs: Master bedroom with ensuite bath; second double bedroom, also with ensuite; bunk bedroom with own bath' office/art studio with design table, computer and filing system. Bedrooms have fitted carpets for comfort . .and, again, wet areas are tiled.
Extras: There is garaging for 1 vehicle under the roofline - and a small, but well equipped workshop at rear of this area.
A small portable firepit and seating can be found in a front corner of the lot and there is a golf practice range - with a soccer net as a safety precaution - along one side of the house. Grounds are planted with mature trees and standard roses, with paved walkways and gated entry to a twin-fountain feature area directly in front of the house.
Quigley was built on and for the 30x30 lot at 99 Landgraab Avenue, Sunset Valley. It needs only a flat lot.

Quigley
is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible, but - for this to happen - you must have a fully patched game.
You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build.
If a custom content item requires a specific EP/SP - and you don't have that Expansion/SP installed - the object will be replaced with a similar game default item.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Quigley.
