Summer Hill House is a large, white weatherboard residence with red tile roofing. It is suitable for a large or multi-generational family as it has 4 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
The room count includes:
Ground floor: Entry hallway, kitchen with serving hutch through to dining room, living room with full wall TV, comprehensive library and a full bathroom. There is also a music studio with dance floor and small kitchenette in the ell, with access from both the house and the pool deck area.. Relaxing seating is provided on the balconies at this level.
Mid-level: 4 double bedrooms, each with bathroom amenities. The master bedroom has a small, corner office and access to a side facing balcony. A general office with TV and seating completes this level.
Top floor: this area is given over to exercise and games. Fitness equipment includes treadmills, a weight machine and chin-up bar. and for entertainment - a pool table, 2 automated dart boards, shuffleboard table and electronic gaming machines. For convenience, a self-contained bathroom is also located here.
The grounds are fully landscaped with twin fountains and an imposing statue, brick paths, low hedges and small floral plantings. The swimming pool has a dive board; is large, circular and situated on a raised deck with plenty of shaded lounge chairs. There is access to the pool deck from the library, livingroom and music studio. There is a large BBQ, and an outdoor dining setup, shaded by ornamental pear trees, in a rear corner of the lot. Bench seating can be found under some of the other pear trees on the property.
Off-street parking is provided for 2 vehicles [which are included with the real estate].
Summer Hill House requires a flat, 40x40 lot, but is not entirely flat of itself. It was built on and for a purpose created 40x40 lot on the site of the [removed] Alto residence at 20 Summer Hill Court, Sunset Valley.

Summer Hill House is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible, but - for this to happen - you must have a fully patched game.
You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work - however, you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL.
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build.
If a custom content item requires a specific EP/SP - and you don't have that Expansion/SP installed - the object will be replaced with a similar game default item.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Summer Hill House .
