The Wright Way is a 3-storey contemporary residence created for the awkward lot at the end of Wright Way, Sunset Valley.
It is a cantilever design, securely anchored to the bedrock on which it is built. Because it is a compromise between a request and my natural inclination to furnish [ to the last degree], the middle level is left unfinished, apart from access, floor covering, doors and curtains. The lower ground floor [pool deck], ground floor and third level are fully furnished, and decorated and there is an observation deck on the roof of the 2nd level. - this latter area has external access via a stair on the mid-level sun terrace.
Lower Ground floor: large pool with diving board and bar - water slide - full service BBQ with meal seating - loungers with sun protection - trampoline - bathroom.
Ground floor - Entry - kitchen - diningroom - living area - powder room - full bathroom - double bedroom with office space - ensuite bath.
2nd level - unfurnished, except for floor covering, doors and curtains.
Upper Deck on 2nd level - telescope, shuffleboard table, bistro seating and lounge chairs.
Top level - Conservatory style living space with hot tub, fountains, comfort seating and sound system.
Grounds: a large inground fountain parallels the frontage of the lot, with twin, dome water features and there is off street parking for 1 vehicle.
The overall impression from this build is of light warmth and comfort.

The Wright Way is a marcorse original work. It is base-game compatible, but for this to occur, you must have a fully up-to-date game. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for The Wright Way.
