Windemere: a 4-storey, modern confection of white walls and sloping windows. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, both pool and fountain and an outdoor swirl-and-soak tub. Travel between floors is via a circular stair, with delicate ironwork detail.
GROUND LEVEL [1] and ENVIRONS [2] : the ground floor at Windemere comprises [1] Sunny entry, receiving room with seating, piano and reading corner; TV lounge, C-shaped kitchen with dinette; family bathroom. [2] freeform swimming pool with 2 dive boards; vine-decorated pergola with swing chairs and loungers; elevated jacuzzi with undercover seating nearby; teardrop fountain with water spouts, lighting and benches; feature statue on street frontage and 3 sealed, off-street parking spaces [includes family-sized transport].
1st FLOOR: the gallery around the staircase contains some game equipment - a pool table, electronic table game and a pair of pinball machines. On the end of the landing, a small but useful home gym has plenty of natural light and good aspect. Behind the incomplete wall of the main gallery, is a home theatre/dance studio with bar and bistro seating. On the opposite side, will be found a double and a single bedroom and the large bathroom which services this floor.
2nd FLOOR: This level is wholly given over to a twin single bed/guest suite, furnished with computer desks, bookcase and beanbag seating - and there a model railway just off the stairs. The small terrace nearby contains telescope, easel and a ham radio station. This area is accessible without entering the guest suite.
3rd FLOOR: is occupied by the master suite - combined bedroom/sittingroom/office and a full bath.
Windemere is the Anglicised translation of a description in an old Australian Aboriginal language and means something like - 'beautiful white spirit rising from the water'. The spelling may differ depending on source, due to the untrained European ear of the early translators - and the sometimes low education level of some of them.

Windemere is a marcorse original work. It is base game compatible, but you need to have a fully up-to-date game for this to be so. You may not re-upload it anywhere, use it as a template to build a lot for upload or claim it as your own work [you may do anything you like with it, within your own game LOL] .
I have all EPs/SPs [up to and including Into the Future] installed on my base-game; my game is fully patched and I have run TSR's Rigfix on all files in this build. Any custom content requiring a specific EP/SP will be replaced with a comparable, game default item if you do not have the expansion/stuff pack installed.
Such instances will not affect installation and play for Windemere.
