Based on the Rufus Blue doll from the Dynamite Girls series by Integrity Toys. Rufus Blue manages a very popular vintage clothing store in NYC called the Thrifty Boutique. All the stylists and designers come to Rufus for the hottest trends and inspirations for their designs.
