Hello Xeraphima. Usually when a sim does not show in the sim library it is because the downloaded sim is wearing something (hair, shirt, etc.) that the user doesn't have in their game. In the description above there are links listed that show you where you can obtain the items that this sim is wearing. Please visit the sites and download all creations you currently do not have for Tanner and see if he installs successfully in your game. If you still experience problems please see my gallery for information on how to get content to install properly in your game.
