For Sale! Remodeled historic Mansion! This mansion features 4 bedrooms and 4 baths! Pool for the summer, full basement and a outdoor garage! Also includes several fireplaces,ballroom on the third floor, laundry room, and a new Air Conditioning system! And with great history!

The house was build by Anthony Andriotti in 1922 whom later lost it due to financial hardships during the Great Depression.
It was later purchased in 1935 and became the Hazelwood Sanitarium, treating patients of Tuberculosis.
Sold again in 1942 and became the Clovis Avenue Sanitarium with an additional Hospital Wing added to the mansion. After about 50 years the sanitarium was shutdown.
Sold again to Todd Wolfe in early 2000 which was renamed The Andleberry Estate and used as a Halloween Attraction. Later in 2007 the old hospital wing was demolished for space to build a haunted hotel. With the demolition came a name change and it became the Wolfe Manor. In 2013 the City of Clovis had threatened that the 8,000 square foot mansion would be demolished due to the mansions horrible run down condition. In April of 2014 when its scheduled to be demolished if repairs are not done.
In April 2014 before it's demise, a Los Angles investor purchased the mansion with full intention to fully renovate and restore the 8,000 square foot mansion.
Later in 2017 the Mansion was fully restored and placed on the market for sale as a residential property. ( Which is what you have here :D )

Now many facts about this renovation are true except for the full renovation. The mansion is located at 2604 Clovis Avenue, Clovis CA. As said above, it's scheduled to be demolished in April of 2014 if current owner Todd Wolfe doesn't take action in renovating the 8,000 square foot mansion. Not only is this my creation to share, but as an awareness that the City of Clovis is trying to take away its local history for outrageous reasons.
