This old residence was built in 1287 and has been abandoned for many years, until it was now finally renovated.
Hundreds of years ago the best horses were bred there and also tournaments had taken place here.

It has 2 stories:

1st Floor: Entry, Hall, Dining/Living/Kitchen Area, Living Room, Bathroom, Laundry, Artroom, Big Stable
2nd Floor: Hall, Library, 2 Guestrooms, Master Bedroom, Bathroom, Outside Bath and Relaxing Area, 2 unused rooms, Haybed and Hayroom

Extras:
Big Garden with exotic fruits and fruittrees, chicken farm (storecontent), beehive for in-house honey, lavender field, sleeping in the haybed above the stables;
tournament area, enough place for many horses and a big family, your own vine cellar!
