Created for: The Sims 3

Part of my Sims1 conversion series. EverAfter Oaks was added with the Makin Magic expansion pack. It was located on lot 90 in the Magic Town area. This mansion hosted many gala events for the most exclusive members of Magic Town, but rest assured...all have been sent back to from whence they came.

Tested with patch 1.26 and included content fixed with TSR's Rig Fix tool.
