Created for: The Sims 3

The third in my Aphantasm Mansion Series. And the first to be created for the Sims 3.

We have a fairly good sized mansion.

First Floor Includes: 4 Car Garage, Kitchen, Dining Room, Great Room, Living Room/Conservatory, Library, Study and two Bathrooms.
Second Floor Includes: 4 Bedrooms, 4 Bath, Theater, Kitchenette, Rec Room, and attic storage.
Outside finds a children's play area, a pool, some chairs so your sims can try to get a tan, a BBQ and some picnic tables.

Rev. 2: I have added a hedgemaze. The maze is the only way to get from the BBQ area, the Study, and the Great Room to the pool. I moved the Children's Play area up front into that empty courtyard across from the BBQ area. What used to be the Children's Play area has been enlarged and has become the family cemetary all you will have to do is add tombstones in front of the stone caskets already on the lot. Also the pool got shrunk down to about half its current size.
