Created for: The Sims 3

Beautiful mediterranean villa - fully furnished, decorated and landscaped. NO CUSTOM CONTENT! Tested in game, and you'll find some little changes compared to these pictures.

1st level: kitchen, dining and living room, TV-room, bathroom.
2nd level: 3 bedrooms, study, 2 bathrooms.
Basement: laundry, gym, bathroom.
Garage, pool with outdoor bar, terraces.

This lot was dedicated to kind gifters on the EA-site, and for making screenshots to the Hacienda Luxury-showroom for The Simalogue-blog*, so it contains pay store item as indicated with icons, and there are some more:
- Provence: Pastoral Perfection Stove, Moelleux Living Chair and Sofa, Surface and Chair al Fresco, Foyer Frills)
- Sun, Surf and Sand (sleep): Getaway Lounge Chair, Tropical Fruit Bowl
- Wedding set: Floral Fruits
Note: simpoint-bonus fountain (belongs to the spanish set) is not included, because there's no other fountain in the game with similar style if you don't own it, and other ones haven't show good effect here.

I also used some free store items:
- K2 Ivy, from Eco-pack (1),
- Golden Woman of Prosperity (anniversary-set).
- Thanksgiving-set items. - Do you see the mouse on the picture? :)

I usually don't use so much pay store items, so I've already planned to re-build this lot with less of them.

(The lot shows upstage of the the 3-4. pictures is Suburbia-village.)

Warning: Although the file-size isn't too large (3,59 MB), this lot was built on a 50x50 sized empty lot, and because of this (and maybe the rich landscaping) would be happen, that loading will take a little time in build mode (my game needs about 3-4 minutes), but when it's already loaded, there's no other problem with running. In game mode you also have to wait a little when you want to go into the build mode.

The file was packed with Ambitions/WA/HELS/Fast Lane (before Late night, so it isn't required to use).
