Hi, sorry to hear you are having problems placing the Elven Garden lot. It should be placed on a 64x64 lot, originally it was a big park, but I don't think that should make any difference when placing it. Are you sure the lot is empty? Sometimes that is the issue when I have trouble placing lots. Other than that the only reason I can think of is that it was built on a hill, maybe that is causing issues. Originally it was built on the Pinochle Pond lot in Sunset Valley.

Hi-thanks for commenting. I believe I made his eyes grey because I was on the Lord of the Ring's wiki and they said elves had gray eyes-dunno for sure now-been a while. As for the facial hair-looking at pictures of him he looks like he has a faint shadow of a beard-I try my best to recreate the character from the movie-really hard to please everyone I guess-you can change him if you download him!!
