Created for: The Sims 3

So you like things straight, modern, minimalistic?
Then this is the right house for your Sim.
The futuristic design combined with wood and warm colours
will surely be a nice place to live for one or two Sims.

You have a modern kitchen and dining place on the first floor.
And here your Sims can relax on the sofa, read a book while
listening to some music or watch TV. If you need to write
a letter or want to check the internet you can do this
at the small working place next to the stairs. Or you could
do some music!

On the second floor you will find a bedroom where you also
have the possibility to do some exercises on modern machines.
After that you could take a shower or a bath in the bathroom.
The toilet is placed in a separate room next to it.
