Yeehaw and welcome here on the Lucky Horse Ranch!

Your family and your horses will love this beautiful area and the big house.
It has enough space for two grown ups, four elder kids and two horses.
On the first floor you will have a kitchen, an office, a nice living room
with a fireplace, a bathroom and a guest toilet and two rooms for your kids.
On the second floor is a spacious hallway and you can enter the parents'
bedroom and the second bathroom.

Next to the house is the horse stable with two boxes, in the backyard you find
a show jumping course for the horses and a whirlpool where your Sims can relax.
The garage at the front of the lot has enough space for two cars and there are also two bike racks.

All in all this is a nice place to live somewhere in the countryside. :)
