Created for: The Sims 3

This is one of the houses you would see somewhere in a lovely neighbourhood.
The white walls, the garden and the old fashioned windows let it look worthy
but still really cute and cozy. On the inside of the house I could imagine
and elder couple or an elder single whose kids moved out years ago.
Their kids room is still like it was when they were young. Just in case
that one of them comes back or that your grandchildren come for a visit.
The main colour in this house is green. Everything looks a bit outmoded but is
still in a perfect condition. There is enough space for two adult Sims
and two elder kids. But it could also be the home of an elder woman.
