Created for: The Sims 3

This house has seen better days. The brick walls look old,
the paint flakes off the wooden windows and the garden
could need some tendance. But on the inside it appears
well-maintained and can still be a nice home for a small family.

On the first floor you'll find a large living room on the left,
a kitchen on the right, both with fireplaces. In the back is a
bathroom with space for a washing machine.

Upstairs is a bedroom for two on the right and a big room for
one child. But there is enough space for a second bed if your
family gets bigger. You can relax at the bar or play chess if you like.

The house is fully furnished and decorated in an old fashioned style.
