Hi! The house must be properly installed. In the City Change mode, select a 40x40 plot, carry it with a bulldozer to make sure that there is nothing on the site that would prevent the installation of the house. Choose a house in the catalog of available houses in the city change mode and place on the site. Sometimes a house is not possible to install, because on the site something prevents the installation.
