A partially furnished version of the original Vista Del Mar.
This beautiful villa offers spectacular views from its perch overlooking the sea in Monte Vista. Once an olive grove, many of the old trees still stand behind the original homestead, now a detached guest house with an open living/dining/kitchen area on the first floor and one bedroom and bath on the second. A portico leads to the entrance of the luxurious main house, which offers a huge living room, open kitchen/dining area, half bath, and master bedroom with en suite bath on the first floor and two bedrooms, a bath, and a study on the second. A colonnade off the living room opens onto a lovely courtyard with a beautiful fountain in the front of the house. Another colonnade in the back extends across the living room and master bedroom, providing access to the pool. A two-car garage is attached to the main house. Vista Del Mar is definitely a must see for the discerning Sim who is eager to join the ranks of the Monte Vista elite.
A very special thank you goes to Pilar whose beautiful Muratura Kitchen inspired this creation. I simply had to build a house around it, and I hope I have done it justice. Thanks, Pilar!!

Vista Del Mar was originally built at 25 Verona Way in Monte Vista. My base game is patched through 1.57.62.023001. I have the World Adventures expansion pack and the Monte Vista world installed and may have used items from them. If you do not have these items installed, base game items will probably be substituted for them. No stuff packs were used. (Sim not included.)
