Hi there Dewclaw. Sorry I have not responded to your question, but I have been ill. Most custom worlds do not come populated, but don't worry, the game will generate Sims for you and of course you can put in your favorite Sims or download some. There is a cheat you can use to redress them in medieval clothes, but it takes a while to do it.... lol. I have been redressing my townies in my Egyptian world and it does look better. Let me know if you need the cheat. Have fun and hugs. Judy
