Hi Diana!  How do I come up with my colors?  I use paint chip samplers.  You can find many online and I have a selection that I keep to the side of whichever graphic application I am using (I use both Photoshop and Paintshop pro)  I use the color drop selector to grab the RGB codes, and then plug those into the workshop.  For colors I find I enjoy using over and over I write the RGB or hex code into a notebook.
