Created for: The Sims 3

Bella Simmons bought this lot when she was a young girl and built what was ever since known as the Simmons Farm. She devoted her life to her animals and never hesitated to give a stray cat or dog shelter.
Now, after Bella died a peaceful death after almost 100 years on her beloved farm, the lot is waiting for new owners to continue Bella Simmons' life work.

This lot features:
two stables for a total of six horses
several dog houses and cat trees
loooots of space for a whole lot of pets :)
