http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/1299109, this is listed in CC Used under Notes. Try starting over and carefully going through your downloads. I did test this lot several times to make sure everything was there. Make sure you have all the EPs and GPs that are listed as well. Hope this helps.

Hello. I am sorry that you are having issues. Ditto sort of the above from Ravasheen. Please check and make sure that you have all the Game packs/Stuff packs that I have used when I created "Beach House Living" and also that you have downloaded all the cc used in this house.
