Named after the shape of the letter that it looks similar(?) to, this slick-looking modern family home has all of the comforts for your Sim family! First Note: There are plenty of user-made objects from our great TSR creators that I used here. The washing machine in the laundry room is from GamerG. The laudry basket is by Buntah. The ironing board's by Cemre. The overhead kitchen and laundry room cabinets are from Fairywitch (Get the black/silver ones from his Beewitched Sims site. The beige ones are here at TSR). The cool round windows and covered mailbox are by Windkeeper. The bathroom rugs are from Windkeeper/Echo. Laurel did the ceiling fans. The plants around the pool I acquired from 4everSimsFantasy, a partial paysite. Second Note: If you want any of these objects on your lot (especially the round windows, critical on this home), be sure to download them *before* you do this lot. Otherwise, Maxis content only. Hack-free. Enjoy!
