This is such a nice layout, your Sim parents might be tempted to beat off their Sim children with a stick when they grow up to force them out into the world on their own! ;D The stunning master bath basically doubles as a full gym, with a locker as well. The master bedroom has its own fireplace. There's a huge kitchen and a great family gameroom, which also has its own fireplace. Some rugs by Echo/Windkeeper, some by Maxis with the carpet feature. Overhead kitchen counters by Fairywitch. Otherwise, this house has mostly Maxis content. Hack-free.
