Hi, sorry for the late reply but to make the pictures look the way they do. You can use either a program called Reshade or Gshade. I use Gshade and a preset called Patchouli Rose Preset by Intramoon. There are plenty of Tutorials on YouTube on how to use Gshade or Reshade
