I made this modern house for a friend to thank him for the great help he provided to me; that's why I've tried to give it a modern, cosy and masculine vibe. It provides on its 2 stories one bedroom, one bathroom, a study, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining room. In the garden your sims will enjoy a large pool and a car park. I hope you'll have fun with it.
