Created for: The Sims 3

The building is inspired by the buildings found in the residential areas around my city. The apartment, located at the 4th and 5th floors of the building, features 2 bedrooms (one master and one teen's room), 2 bathroooms, kitchen, dining room, study and living room. At the ground floor are a garage, a laundry and a fitness with pool, hot tub and training machines. Would you like your sim to have NPC as neighbors ? (And for those who don't know yet the trick of course :)) 1) Install your sim in the apartment. 2) Bring your sim in front of the door you've chosen to install the neighbors. 3) Pause your game and go in the Buy Mode. 4) Hold the Ctrl key and click on the chosen door. A little menu will open. 5) Choose the option "Create a door for NPC" 6) Go back to the Life Mode and you're done. NPC will come and live in the apartment. Now, enough talking... Have fun:D
