"Here's an update on the Windows 10 Edge issue.
The downloads are being blocked by Windows Defender. The screen is silent.
So there's nothing we can do to fix it, hopefully Microsoft will fix the issue soon. If the Edge is your choice, then the Smart Screen can be disabled in Edge advanced settings. "
