All the files should be in the download, so you only have to download one zip file and then put the four 0000 files in your tray folder and all the rest in your Mods folder

Yes, if you want the room to show like depicted. It is unfortunate that Sims 4 makes you do that. Sims 3 all was included in the download. But, yeah, sorry... Imagine me having to list everything!
