Hello!
First, download the sim file and put it into the TRAY folder. Next, download cc listed in the Notes, and put them into the MODS folder. Then extract the downloaded files! After that, go into the sims 4, open the gallery, select the "Advanced" option on the left, then select "Include custom content", then you should see it! Hope it helps, sorry if it's too long! ^-^
