Created for: The Sims 3

This house is inspired by the feature film Chicago 30's of last century. I hope like :)
The house consists of 2 floors and a basement. On the ground floor living room, dining kitchen and bathroom, as well as the stairs to the basement. On the second floor the master bedroom and the nursery, figured on child and toddler, as well as a second bathroom. In the basement there is a garage, laundry room and wine cellar.
The house will look more realistic if you set it at the roundabout to the front elevation and end, which is the part of the garage exit, reported to the roadway.
