Created for: The Sims 3

This is the third house in my Think Brick series. It is perfect for a small to medium sized family! On the ground floor is a gorgeous entrance with the kitchen off to the right. There is a large dining area and sunny living space looking out to the garden and pool. The main bedroom is also on the ground floor and has its own ensuite. On the first floor are two generous double bedrooms and the main bathroom. There is also acess to a small balcony overlooking the backyard. This house has winged walls for privacy and thermal comfort. These walls reduce sunlight and glare reducing the need for window coverings.
