I received a request to attempt to recreate The Spelling Manor. This is not an exact match, but it is as close to it as I was capable of achieving with the tools at hand. The structure was pretty massive so I had to use a 60 x 60 lot. Since the lot was so large I did not add as many details as I usually do so that it would still be easy to share. (also my computer does NOT like it when I work with large lots lol) You will need to add furnishings for the bedrooms and bathrooms. The living room, dining room, kitchen, library, foyer and one bathroom are fully furnished. You may also want to add more landscaping. I added the tennis court area but I did NOT use the set to decorate it. I included the tennis set in recommended items in case you want to make it more realistic. (once again trying to cut down some of the loading time on both ends) I used mirrored floors in the foyer and kitchen, if the lot is lagging try deleting them. Although they are beautiful my system absolutely hates them and bogs down horribly when I use them. (I was trying to make what I could as similar as possible so I needed shiny floors) I hope you enjoy it and please pardon the smaller amounts of details this time. I was just worried that adding that many more plants would seriously slow down the functionality of the lot!

Your game MUST be current on EA patches for this lot to work!! I used small amounts of items from WA, Ambitions, and one or two items from Outdoor Living. The only one that would actually be required is World Adventures as the stairs and fence are dependent on that EP.
