Created for: The Sims 3

Moving away from my normal starter homes this is slightly more expensive at 38505 simoleons unfurnished or 49455 furnished and is what I would consider a middle class suburbian home. It has two bedrooms - one for a couple and the other for two children; two bathrooms (one downstairs, one upstairs), an entertainment area out back and a pretty garden in the front. The garage is already for you to pull your car into (I have not included a car with the lot - you can choose your own or wait until your sim has earned some more simoleons). There are some basic decorations but although I have said it is decorated throughout you will probably still want to add a bit more. Thanks to TSRAA artists who also contributed to this with their content I have used - I especially love the terrain paints from Veronn.
