Created for: The Sims 3

This little home is built on a 3x3 lot with a small lake beneath a hill with plenty of additional fish for your fisherwoman (or man) including uncommon and rare lake fish. Inside there is just one small bedroom, one bathroom and an open-plan kitchen/living area. It also has a garage should your sim have a car.
