The Glass Ceiling Lounge was founded by Arlene Lashbrook after being promoted to CEO of her company. She decided that the only glass ceiling any woman should ever have to deal with is here at this bar and never in the boardroom. The main floor has a bar and a dance floor in the public area. To the left of the main entrance you will find the exclusive area whose access is set up for a level 3 celebrity status or a $100 bribe, it also allow vampires. In this section you can find 2 bars on the main level, one inside and one on the patio which also includes a pool and a hot tub. The outdoor patio is enclosed by a half wall with privacy landscaping to keep the paparazzi and their prying camera's away. In the basement level, which is accessed via the exclusive area of the bar you will find a stage with instruments, a dance floor and a bar. There is bar and lounge seating and a view into the poo
