Yet another Dutch townhouse!

- I used a lot from all expansions plus a lot of TSRAA items - like windows, doors and some paint in the house. They are all so beautiful that I had to use them, I only used stuff I saw was TSRAA-"stamp'd".
- It has a huge back-garden and a medium sized front garden.
- It is the right house that is yours, the left is yet another hidden/NPC-house.
- It is not furnished!
- Open living-plan, living-room/kitchen/dining-room in one.
- Two bedrooms.
- Two toilets.
