Hello Obse5, sorry for the delay in reply to your comment on the Royal Palms condo problem but I just returned from a short holiday. From what I can tell, there are key items needed to make a apt lot work correctly - the apt doors for one ... since that was made prior to the release you would need to modify the lot using apt life 'build' mode items prior to changing the lots zoning. Sorry for that but I didn't know how Maxis was going to release the basics required at that time. I am working on several lots (some similiar to Royal Palms) that will be apt ready ...
