Hey there, just wanted to thank you for your comment about my family starter home. Was good of you to take the time to let me know what you thought, am glad you took a second look. Like you I wanted something my sims could move straight into without taking a big loan out from the bank. hehe I also wanted some houses which weren't as poky as some of the maxis ones. Have to say that the reason I was able to put this particular house together under 20K was largely thanks to my wifes no cost walls and floors.
