Hi Papoullo, thank you for your comment on my lot.  The cars pictured in the photos are not included with the lot, but they are available for download here on TSR.  I design my homes to be 'move-in ready', as if your Sim had just purchased a new home.  The landscaping, flooring, wall coverings and fittings (kitchen, appliances, and bath room fixtures) are all included.  You only have to move your sim in, and start furnished the house to your taste.
