A three bedroomed period property with a small garden, well stocked cellars, music room, two storey library and outdoor covered sitting area. There is also a nursery in the attic with one of the smaller bedrooms leading off of it. The library is fully stocked with almost every book in game, and the garden is stocked with perfect plants. I have play tested it extensively and, apart from occasional odd routing, it plays well. I have placed it on a 30x30 lot and it pretty much fills it, so if you want a larger garden just place it on a 40x40 or bigger lot. I have used a lot of store content :-) There are three rooms in the basement that are based on WA, to show off your relics from each destination, but are empty until you fill them. (unless you want to use them for something else :-))

Built with all expansion packs and stuff packs installed plus barnacle bay, but I'm not sure if I have used any of the content from that world. If you don't have this world then it will just replace the content with base game objects. I would reccomend having World Adventures installed, as the basement has a nectar maker and fully stocked cellar.
