Here is a home for your growing sim family. This home has lots of expansion potential, room for a horse or any pets you may want. The yard is open and ready. This home features a Great Room complete with piano and fireplace, it opens to the dining room as well. The kitchen is a fully stocked, up to date with all necessary appliances. There are patio doors out to the back deck from every room. The master suite has a lovely view of the pool and features a large master bathroom. The upstairs is set up as a nursery and family room complete with fireplace and TV. There is also a full bathroom.

The backyard has a lovely in-ground pool and hot tub. The yard is landscaped and there is a one car garage. And as mentioned above, plenty of yard space for a stable or two! :)
