If your like me and like a one floor lot to play your Sims on - this is the one! It has everything and then some. This is a classic Mediterranean, Ranch Style home. Open style living at its finest, filled with luxuries and lovely colors. All living spaces are open to the Grand Courtyard. Let me take you on the tour! Upon entering the Grand Foyer you will see the Gathering Room on your right. The Formal Dining Room is on your left. The kitchen, off the dining room, features all modern appliances as well as a breakfast area. There is a breakfast bar as well. The garage is off the kitchen and it has a mud room with 1/2 bath. As we continue down the hallway, the Family Room is to your left. The family room has a lovely fireplace and state of the art television. A perfect room for the family to play video games and enjoy one another's company. After the family room, there are the bedroom suites. The first bedroom is decorated as a guest room. The guest room has a full private bathroom attached. The next bedroom suite is decorated for a young lady. This brightly decorated room also has a full attached bathroom. The next room is a study which is tastefully decorated. The Master Suite is the last room. This luxurious Master has a lovely fireplace and is decorated in browns and blues. The master also has a large matching bathroom suite. The dressing room leads into the bathing room. This master suite has a large french door that opens onto the courtyard. Last but not least is the courtyard! This amazing courtyard is open to all the main living rooms and features the following:

~Outdoor kitchen
~Outdoor dining table
~Pool
~Hot Tub
~Living Area with TV
~Chess Table

The courtyard exits to the playground. The playground is complete with sandbox and treehouse. The backyard is landscaped and contains a small fishing pond. The patio off the garage is for hanging laundry. Speaking of the garage, it has space for two cars and features a workshop and Scraptronic Workbench. Also of note, there is a full unfurnished basement for you to decorate. The stairs are off the mud room.

I really hope you like this house, I really loved making it! You could place it on a larger lot and add a stables to it for your horses!
