Hi my girl. You noticed an issue with my recolors. And i have a solution for you. :]
That crazy effect is a problem that came with the cats and dogs pack and every hairstyle/mesh from Skysims broke. So my recolor broke as well unfortunately.
But you can solve that issue with the help of the Sims4Studio. There is a fix for that "effect". Just look for "cats and dogs glass hair fix" and everything is back to normal.
